Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: During its regular meeting on March 26, 2024, at 1:30 PM, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) will hold a public hearing to consider adopting the Rules and Regulations for Users Receiving Recycled Water Service in the City and County of San Francisco that outline the process for proposed Users to obtain Recycled Water Use Permits and Recycled Water Service from the SFPUC and to operate their recycled water systems in accordance with these Rules and Regulations.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: During its regular meeting on April 9, 2024, at 1:30 PM, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) will hold a public hearing to consider proposed revisions to the Water System Improvement Program (WSIP), referred to as the “March 2024 Proposed Revised WSIP.”

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: During its regular meeting on April 9, 2024, at 1:30 PM, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) will hold a public hearing to consider adoption of proposed water and wastewater miscellaneous fees and charges for customers of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. Under consideration are (1) Proposals to adopt, revise, and/or eliminate Miscellaneous Fees related to the Water Enterprise; and (2) Proposals to adopt, revise, and/or eliminate miscellaneous fees related to the Wastewater Enterprise. If approved, the new rates and charges would take effect July 1, 2024, unless otherwise stated in the adopted schedule.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: During its regular meeting on April 23, 2024, at 1:30 PM, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) will hold a public hearing to consider adoption of proposed power miscellaneous fees and charges for customers of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. Under consideration are Proposals to adopt, revise, and/or eliminate Miscellaneous Fees related to the Power Enterprise. If approved, the new rates and charges would take effect July 1, 2024, unless otherwise stated in the adopted schedule.

 


Public Notice for Boom Replacement in San Andreas Reservoir

FINAL PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) requirements, this notice provides the public awareness of the repairs to the San Andreas Reservoir Boom System. Final notice hereby given of FEMA’s intent to provide funding for this project under the Public Assistance Grant Program.
