San Francisco, CA –The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) is launching a new public records request system that will improve customer experience, increase efficiency, and align the agency with the public records management systems of other City departments. On October 21, the SFPUC will begin using NextRequest , an online portal that enables the public to submit requests for agency records and documents and receive updates. NextRequest replaces the SFPUC’s previous email-based system, which will be discontinued after October 30. “Just as we constantly seek innovative ways to
