Hetch Hetchy Power is upgrading to a new billing system in April! The new system will allow us to better serve you, our customers, and enable us to roll out new billing features in the future.
- Timely and consistent billing
- New, paper-saving bill design
- New, numbers-only account number for easier use
- Consolidated account for municipal customers with multiple meters at the same premise. Commercial customers, please reach out to us if you are interested in consolidated billing.
What to Expect
Most customers will not experience a disruption to their account during the billing system upgrade. However, if we anticipate your account(s) may be impacted in any way, we will reach out to you before the transition begins.
My Account - Power may be temporarily offline for a short period of time during the billing system upgrade. From March 29 to April 12, the data in My Account – Power will also be frozen. During this time, you can log in to view usage and bills and make payments; however, any edits to the account or how you pay your bill will not be reflected in the portal. Payments due and made through the portal during this time will be reflected after the freeze is removed and will not be considered late.
If you have multiple login credentials on My Account – Power, we will work with you to consolidate them.
